Dilbeck names Director of Luxury and Creative Services
Dilbeck Real Estate is proud to welcome Jordan Eck as our brokerage’s new Luxury & Creative Services Director. With an emphasis on client and agent experience, Jordan understands the subtle but vital ways to elevate any presentation or interaction. With a vast background in the retail industry, Jordan has developed a keen eye for design, style, and aesthetic. Before she came to Dilbeck, Jordan oversaw a $20M retail district within the Los Angeles market as well as serving as a Senior Operations Manager on a corporate scale. Jordan’s past responsibilities broadly varied from sales, staff management and training, events, merchandising, operations, and more. She has already established herself as a valuable team member at Dilbeck in her multiple roles in marketing/technology and Special Projects liaison. Her documented strengths in software rollouts and corporate communications have served our team well, and Jordan’s ability to understand all aspects of a business and how they work in tandem to impact the end user’s experience is a pivotal and transitional skill that will be invaluable in her new role.
Working closely with our affiliated partners, Luxury Portfolio International® and Mayfair International Realty, Jordan will serve as the liaison and point person for all luxury aspects of Dilbeck’s services. With a large index of marketing opportunities and tools at your fingertips, Jordan will help navigate our sales partners through what is available to them and show how to elevate the experience for their clients. She is a passionate and strategic leader with expertise in marketing, project management, operations, and client services.
In addition to her luxury responsibilities, Jordan will also continue to oversee special projects and creative services, working closely with the Marketing Department and our Vice President of Agent Engagement, Merilee Iverson. In her spare time, Jordan enjoys thrifting, holiday decorating, exploring new restaurants and spending time with her husband and her cat.
